In 1994, Perimeter students and staff decided that they wanted to “do something so great for God that it was doomed to fail lest He be in it” (Dr. Haggai). They invited others to come along side them to serve, build community, and learn about Him. They realized students could reach their peers in incredible ways. Today, student leadership has grown at Perimeter, and our students are able to focus on one area to serve such as storytelling, missions, facilitating small groups, and even setting up rooms for different portions of the conference. There’s something for everyone! Our staff sees the value in allowing the students to lead, and they are able to walk alongside them, guiding them, and discipling them in all these areas as these students pour into other students from around the country. Our students start preparing for this as soon as Rush is over, and work throughout the year to develop ideas and put together this conference.
